BWSF will supply light appetizers and set the stage for a lovely, low-key social event. No agenda-- just a fun "girls-only" time!
Your donation of $40 is tax deductible and 100% of it will go towards funding a college scholarship for a very deserving woman.

Fashion Show Fundraiser with Blackhawk Women

The Blackhawk Women’s Group hosted our raffle at their March event and once again, they generously donated to our BWSF cause. JMcLaughlin was the represented store this year with their super, country club style and wearable clothing. They donated 15% of their gross post fashion show sales to us as well.
Between the raffle ticket sales and proceeds from sales post fundraiser at the JMcLaughlin store we raised close to $2,800.

Our BWSF members worked at the Black Diamond Brewery Beer Booth at the Danville Harvest Faire on Saturday and Sunday October 25th and 26th.
Michael Hall, General Manager of Black Diamond Brewery generously donated all proceeds from the Beer Booth at the Danville Art Faire to the BWSF Fund. Total proceeds were $2,000 for scholarships to be awarded in 2015! Special thanks to Black Diamond Brewery & Michael Hall for picking BWSF to donate their proceeds to our charity from the Danville Art Faire.

BWGA Captain’s Cup
October 16th and 17th, 2014
over $10,000 raised at this event!
The BWGA (Blackhawk Women’s Golf Association) chose the BWSF as the benefitting charity for the 2014 Captain’s Cup; a two day golf event with 86 participants.
The theme was Super Heroes (the Blackhawk Golf Pros) and Super Stars (the BWSF
recipients)!
Thursday all participants were able to “Rent a Super Hero” on two holes during the 18 hole round; the Super Hero’s aided all the participants with super powers on Falls #2 and Falls #17.
Friday included a Charity Raffle and the Super Hero Live Auction! The Charity Raffle included many donated golf foursomes, a Ping Putter, Gift Cards, Private Tour/Tasting at Clos Du Val and BHCC November Wine Fair tickets. The Super Hero Live Auction allowed up to 4 ladies to join together and bid on the Super Hero’s for up to 2 hours of group golf instruction; it was a high energy event, with our four Super Hero’s volunteering to be auctioned off twice!
The net proceeds to the BWSF fund was >$10,400 towards scholarships to be awarded in 2015!
